Elijah Enomoto-Haole Varsity Baseball (sophomore)

During a 3-game tournament in Boise, Idaho over spring break, Enomoto-Haole hit two doubles and drove in a run. More importantly, in the final game of the trip, Elijah took over on the mound in the bottom of the fourth inning with the Saxons trailing Post Falls, 4-1. He went on to pitch four scoreless innings, allowing just 3 hits while striking out 3 Post Falls batters. His performance in relief gave South Salem’s offense a chance to make the comeback, which it did, as the Saxons picked up their first victory of the season, 8-4.

Abi Hernandez. Varsity Tennis (senior)

Who played in her first varsity match against McKay before Spring Break.  She won 6-2, 6-2.  Abi’s put in some serious work on her tennis game and is a natural born leader on and off the courts.  She sets an incredible example for her teammates in all she does.
