The South women’s tennis team continued their winning streak with a win over North Salem on Friday.  By the time the teams completed the match – postponed because of rain – each team had to default a doubles match due to player absence.  The Saxons picked up the remaining 6 matches to record a 7-1 team win.

On the singles side, the Saxons received successful performances from Abby Fedor, Catherine Hu, Maddison Hadden, and Amy Edelblute.  On the doubles, Lindsay Flood and Kellie McSween, Lydia Prestwich (first varsity match) and Claire Audley, and Luciana Linares and Janie Lapray followed suit.

South travels to South Eugene High School on Tuesday to take on the Axeman in their only out of conference match of the season.
