Senior girl’s tennis standout, Jillian Studer, received the Rick Rasmussen Tennis Scholarship at the Saxon Senior Awards Ceremony this past week.  A 4-year letter winner and 4-year State Qualifier, Studer distinguished herself both on and off the court as she also earned Valedictorian honors at the ceremony.  This scholarship signifies Jillian as the most valuable female senior varsity tennis player by demonstrating good sportsmanship and citizenship throughout her four years.  Jillian and twin sister, Loryn finished 2nd in the GVC as doubles partners and 5th at the OSAA State Championship.  Jillian will take her talents to George Fox University next year where she’ll play on the tennis team and study Exercise Science.
